Our clients often ask us, what is our best outdoor furniture line? My initial response is, “everything we carry is considered the best!” I then go on to explain how I select our outdoor lines.
First and foremost, I look at the style of the line. If it’s not attractive, we won’t carry it. I then look at the management and their factory. I prefer lines that own their factory and have their own people doing all of the quality control. Many lines might have nice things, but if they outsource all of their production to factories that they have no investment in, I find that quality will always be an issue and we will steer clear of it.
The outdoor furniture world is very small. I have been in it for almost 30 years so, word of mouth is the best way to find quality lines that have the style, stock, and service that will meet our criteria and satisfy our clients.
